By joining our team, you will be part of the Engineering department. This department is responsible for the development of our products, from concept to testing and supports colleagues and customers during the delivery and product lifetime. Engineering consists of 24 multidisciplinary team members, divided into two teams: new product innovation (NPI) and continuous product improvement (CPI). 

You support our success by: 
- Operating between Engineering and Operations to ensure the coordination of documentation between departments;
- Coordinating role with respect to documentation in customer and internal projects;
- Translating engineering designs into manufacturing instructions, translating customer requirements into configured systems and ensuring all documentation is available;
- Gathering information for creating procedures, manuals, service bulletins, system descriptions and work instructions;
- Preparing training courses, presentations, project plans and test documents;
- Testing and validating work instructions in collaboration with the Assembly & Test department and ensuring the necessary test tools, protocols and documents are available;
- Managing knowledge transfer between and within the Engineering, Assembly & Test and Service departments;
- Maintaining the PLM database for work instructions and communicating accordingly; 
- Leading the Change Control Board meetings to review proposed changes and guiding the change process to ensure the implementation of improvements;
- Administration of change requests and the issue tracking system;
- Enabling acceptance of new product developments into the CPI team by facilitating a smooth transition from prototype to product. 

Your experience includes:       
- Higher or academic educational degree in technical studies;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience;
- Capacity to take the lead during (technical) discussions;
- Ability to focus on details while maintaining an overview;
- Being proactive and taking ownership;
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required;
- Since this position might include (international) travel and fieldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
